Volare is completely private and dedicated to only one guest at a time - you and your chosen companions. With the availability of meals made with fresh local ingredients and Yamilet's repertoire of Costa Rica traditional cuisine you can spend a whole week here and never need to leave the comfort of Volare.

Multi-generation Families Our Specialty

Volare is ideal for diverse interest families. Some want hard core adventures, some want comfort and serenity and to be truly pampered. Older adults are content watching clouds and nature while their offspring go beat themselves up. Yamilet is a master at watching small children while parents are rafting, paragliding, biking or on an extreme hike.

Private Adventures and Nature Access

Almost all of our suggested activities are operated privately -- only you and your chosen companions plus well qualified guides. Let us know your skill level and expectations, and we'll match you with a great guide. Private rafting, biking, off-road 4x4 exploration, canyoning, nature hikes, paragliding, waterfall swimming, and cultural experiences- all private, not ever part of a tour group.

I built Volare for me.

I'm Tucker. I designed Volare for me, to share with old friends and make new ones. I appreciate privacy, nature sounds, vistas without walls, plus comfort and good food. Volare is as close as I could get to the feeling of flying my balloon, without wings or motors or disturbing nature.
